Geprom, part of Telefónica Tech since 2021, is a technology-driven engineering company that specialises in industrial automation and digital transformation. We develop and integrate turnkey projects in planning, production, quality, logistics and maintenance, helping industrial clients adopt Industry4.0. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate implementation and integration of MES/MOM solutions in industrial clients.
  • Act as the primary contact with the customer, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business needs and the implemented solution.
  • Manage scope, planning, resources, risks, dependencies and milestones for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate the internal technical team, facilitating task assignment, prioritisation and progress monitoring.
  • Participate in the functional definition of solutions with customers and consulting teams.
  • Oversee analysis, design, development, testing, validation and deployment of MES solutions.
  • Track project progress using indicators, regular meetings and agile methodologies.
  • Manage incidents, risks and deviations, proposing corrective actions and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate integration of MES with ERP, industrial automation and other corporate systems.
  • Report project status, risks, needs and opportunities to the Team Leader and stakeholders.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and new digitalisation initiatives for assigned clients.
  • Facilitate collaboration among customer, technology partners and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and experience in industrial project management. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for international collaboration on digital transformation projects focused on Industry4.0., * Experience in managing industrial projects related to MES/MOM.

  • Ability to lead tracking meetings and customer workshops.
  • General knowledge of automation technologies and integration services., * Lead integration of MES/MOM solutions for clients.
  • Manage project scope, planning, resources, and risks.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and stakeholders.

Conocimientos

Project management MES/MOM solutions Client communication Agile methodologies Technical knowledge of ERP integration, Engineering degree in relevant field, * Engineering degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications or a related field.

  • Demonstrable experience in managing and coordinating industrial projects related to MES/MOM, digitisation or Industry4.0.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of MES platforms, preferably Siemens Opcenter Execution Foundation, Camstar or other manufacturing execution solutions.
  • Experience capturing functional requirements, defining scope and managing client expectations.
  • Ability to lead tracking meetings, functional workshops and definition sessions.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams of functional consultants, developers and integrators.
  • General knowledge of technologies and environments: Siemens Opcenter Execution Foundation, Camstar; ERP integration, automation, third-party REST APIs and integration services; SQL Server; C#/.NET, Python.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent project-management tools.
  • Valuable experience in regulated or process manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and traditional project-management methods.
  • Plan-oriented, organised, problem-solving, collaborative leadership and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in international environments and with multiple stakeholders.
