• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and project governance

• Data-oriented mindset with experience in dashboards and analytics tools

• Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics

• SQL, BigQuery, Data Lake environments

• Ability to collaborate closely with IT and technical teams (APIs, data platforms, architecture discussions)
