️ Gathering and Analyzing Requirements:
- Interacting with internal clients to identify their needs.
- Preparing detailed requirement specifications.
- Analyzing current business processes and suggesting optimizations using JIRA.
- Setting up projects, boards, workflows, and other JIRA functionalities.
- Configuring user permissions and access levels.
- Integrating JIRA with other tools and systems.
️ Documentation and Support:
- Creating and maintaining documentation on JIRA configuration and usage.
- Training users and providing technical support.
- Conducting regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
A global tech company in Valencia is seeking a motivated Jira Configuration Manager to optimize business processes through effective JIRA management. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of JIRA experience and strong communication skills.
