Jira Configuration Manager

️ Gathering and Analyzing Requirements:

• Interacting with internal clients to identify their needs.
• Preparing detailed requirement specifications.
• Analyzing current business processes and suggesting optimizations using JIRA.
• Setting up projects, boards, workflows, and other JIRA functionalities.
• Configuring user permissions and access levels.
• Integrating JIRA with other tools and systems.

️ Documentation and Support:

• Creating and maintaining documentation on JIRA configuration and usage.
• Training users and providing technical support.
• Conducting regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.

A global tech company in Valencia is seeking a motivated Jira Configuration Manager to optimize business processes through effective JIRA management. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of JIRA experience and strong communication skills.
