Requirements

A tech innovation company in Málaga is looking for a Danish-speaking Technical Support Advisor to provide exceptional customer service for audiovisual products. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, using internal tools to offer solutions, and documenting interactions. Required qualifications include proficiency in Danish and advanced English, a background in ICT, and a strong understanding of consumer electronics. The position offers a permanent contract with a salary of €21,428 gross/year, plus up to €1,800 in bonus annually, and benefits including paid training and relocation support., * Proficient in Danish and advanced English.
