Job description

Conocimientos

Requirements

EY is seeking a SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant to enhance their GDS Consulting Services team in Málaga, Spain. The role involves implementing innovative SAP HR solutions and advisory services, focusing on Human Capital management in an international environment. Successful candidates should have over 3 years of experience in SAP HR systems and excellent communication skills., * 3+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.

  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes is a plus., * 3+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
  • SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate.
  • SAP HCM knowledge will be an additional asset.
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in global organizations.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices.
  • Hands-on all data models and knowledge of XML.
  • System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook / business blueprint.
  • Preparation & execution of test cases / test plans / test scripts.
  • Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience in standard project tasks: test cases, analysis, documentation.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Preferred additional qualifications

  • Other language knowledge (Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.).
  • Good understanding of HR business processes.
