Flywire is seeking an experienced Software Developer in Valencia, Spain. The role involves building and maintaining the platform supporting our payment engine. Ideal candidates should have expertise in object-oriented programming and experience in scalable web applications. Knowledge of Java or Ruby is appreciated. Requirements

  • Expertise in object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in designing and supporting reliable web applications.
  • Knowledge of testing techniques such as TDD or BDD., * Experience in designing, developing and supporting scalable, performant and reliable web applications and distributed systems
  • Great understanding of the other disciplines in the cross functional team: QAs, Product and SREs.
  • Season in doing testing by applying techniques such TDD or BDD
  • Experienced with continuous delivery
  • Experience in Java or Ruby will be appreciated
  • Experience in FinTech or the payment industry will be appreciated
