Your Role

  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle

  • Perform project setup and planning, including scope, milestones, and dependencies

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in design, integration, validation, and acceptance

  • Execute and control project delivery according to agreed plans

  • Identify, analyze, and manage technical risks, defining mitigation actions

  • Ensure effective project execution, tracking progress and resolving issues

  • Own project status reporting, including achievements, progress, results, issues, risks, and next steps

  • Lead and support customer-facing technical activities

  • Act as the main technical interface with R&D teams

  • Perform technical review and validation of key project documentation (HLD, LLD, SVS/Test Strategy, ATP, MOP)

  • Coordinate Test and Acceptance activities, ensuring readiness and successful completion

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Telecommunications or Engineering and has proven experience in telecom software development.   • Solid understanding of end-to-end telecom solution delivery.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Core Network elements.

Educación

Bachelor in Telecommunications or Electrotechnical Engineering Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent), * Bachelor in Telecommunications or Electrotechnical Engineering

  • Proven experience in Telco software solution development and/or system integration
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end telecom solution delivery
  • Experience in application integration projects, especially in multi-domain and complex environments
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Core Network elements such as HSS/HLR, SDL, AUSF/UDM, EIR, One-MNP, One-NDS
  • Familiarity with mobile network architectures and integration principles
  • Knowledge of VoLTE and IMS is important
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
  • Experience with databases: Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking and telecom protocols: Diameter, HTTP/HTTP2, SIP, SOAP XML, SNMP
  • Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualized architectures (VNF, CNF)
  • Familiarity with platforms and products such as CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, OpenStack
  • Exposure to Payment systems and Mobile Network Integration
  • Previous experience with OSS/BSS systems and frameworks
  • Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent) is a plus
  • Strong technical and team leadership
