Job description

Weare seeking a skilled Java Developer to develop aplications for Keonn porduct portfolio that power all our high-end RFID readers and derived systems. In this role, you will be developing Java applications to enhance, debug, and optimize our current infrastructure while implementing new features to meet evolving market demands.

  • Develop and maintain Java applications for IoT devices
  • Implement new features and functionality for RFID reader systems
  • Lead the Java development team
  • Debug and resolve software issues in embedded environments
  • Optimize code performance and memory usage
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Support testing and validation of firmware releases

Requirements

A leading RFID technology firm in Barcelona is seeking a skilled Java Developer to enhance and optimize applications for their RFID product portfolio. The role involves developing IoT applications, leading a Java development team, and ensuring seamless integration with hardware. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Computer Science and have over 5 years of Java experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and work on cutting-edge RFID technology., * 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably in embedded systems.

  • Strong understanding of embedded Java programming.
  • Experience with real-time systems and multi-threading is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and maintain Java applications for IoT devices.
  • Implement new features and functionality for RFID reader systems.

Conocimientos

Java development Debugging Problem-solving Attention to detail, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, * Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Software Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably in embedded systems
  • Strong understanding of embedded Java programming
  • Experience with real-time systems and multi-threading
  • Knowledge of network programming and communication protocols is a plus
  • Familiarity with RFID technology and RF systems is a plus
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU working permit
