Job description

OMNIACCESS in Palma, Spain is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Support Analyst to join their Application Support Center of Excellence. This Level 3 role involves taking ownership of complex technical incidents and collaborating with various teams to enhance solutions across the D365 F&O environment., We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Support Analyst to join our D365 F&O Application Support Center of Excellence in Palma, Spain at Level 3. In this role, you will take ownership of complex technical incidents, develop and deploy robust fixes, and drive continuous improvement across a live enterprise D365 F&O estate. You will work closely with functional leads and service management to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned to SLAs and best practices., * Level 3 Support & Incident Resolution

  • Act as L3 escalation point for complex incidents and problems
  • Perform root cause analysis and deliver robust fixes
  • Resolve issues related to: o oData integrity and posting o oBatch jobs and performance o oIntegrations and interfaces o ollaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors when needed
  • Technical Development & Enhancements
  • Develop and maintain D365 F&O extensions (X++) following best practices

  • Support: o oReports (SSRS), data entities, services o oBatch processes and performance improvements

  • Ensure solutions are performant, maintainable, and supportable

  • Integrations & Data
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations (OData, APIs, Azure services)
  • Handle data fixes, reconciliation, and controlled data operations
  • Ensure data consistency across systems
  • Release & Environment Management
  • Support deployments across environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)
  • Work with Azure DevOps (code, pipelines, releases)
  • Contribute to improving CI/CD and release processes
  • Service Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Operate within ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)
  • Document solutions and root causes
  • Identify recurring issues and drive preventive improvements
  • Support and guide L1/L2 teams

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in D365 F&O development, troubleshooting, and a solid understanding of Azure DevOps. You will support incident resolution and drive continuous improvement while adhering to ITIL processes., * 5+ years of relevant D365 F&O development experience.

  • Strong background in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience delivering extension-based customizations and integrations in production.

Responsabilidades
