- Responsible for the planning, design and testing of SAP end-to-end business processes within SAP Manufacturing
- Be the subject matter expert for SAP Manufacturing modules (PP/QM/PM/MM) and related integrations, with an understanding of interdependencies across the enterprise
- Lead workshops with end-users and project stakeholders to discover, define and document requirements with a focus on Manufacturing modules (PP/QM/PM/MM) in a nuclear regulated environment
- Within defined scope, owns analysis, documentation, and communication of end-to-end business processes and use cases supporting SAP implementations
- Support module SMEs within SAP implementation team as they expand the business process flows into a detailed module design
- Collaborate with peer SAP Architects and module SMEs to account for all identified use cases
- Partner with the SAP Architect-Data to document all known data
- Design solutions in consideration of SAP best practices and Westinghouse standards
- Ensure understanding of compliance, export control, data privacy, data migration, and security standards within SAP team
- Guide end-to-end solution design for Manufacturing modules across SAP and integrated systems
- Define test cases and success criteria for all use cases, and partner with SAP Testing & Training team to record in the test management system
- Review and assess scope changes and design impacts
- Help with cutover plans and go-live preparations
- Evaluate SAP designs and solutions for export control and security risks, including role and authorization possible effects
- Maintain business process documentation and support creation of training content and delivery strategies
- Evaluate future SAP functionality and release impacts, setting strategic direction for adoption and integration
Requirements
A leading energy firm in Madrid is seeking an experienced SAP specialist to define scope and outcomes in Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of functional SAP experience, particularly with SAP PP, QM, PM, and MM. Responsibilities include leading workshops and ensuring compliance with data regulations. - Hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM/PM/MM configurations.
- Experience with SAP development processes and import/export regulations., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of SAP functional experience, with experience on manufacturing modules such as Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Master (MM)
- Hands-on configuration and user experience with a variety of SAP manufacturing modules such as SAP PP/QM/PM/MM
- Implementation experience with a variety of SAP manufacturing modules SAP PP/QM/PM/MM
- Experience integrating 3rd party manufacturing systems such as manufacturing execution systems (MES), engineering systems
- Additional experiences with SD/LE/PS/FICO/CS and ECC Fiori
- Experience using process mapping tools
- Knowledge of SAP security roles
- Additional experience with export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and the nuclear or controlled material industry
- Experience with SAP development processes (change control, job scheduling, development methodologies, system landscape, application development, and back-up and recovery)
- Additional experience with S/4 HANA
