Job description

You will manage system requirements and collaborate with various teams to define battery systems architectures., * Capture, analyze and manage system requirements, ensuring traceability throughout development.
- Support the definition of battery system architectures, including battery packs, modules, thermal management and BMS integration.
- Collaborate with hardware, software and mechanical teams to define system interfaces and technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain system-level documentation, specifications and technical reports.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and support verification and validation activities, including test plans, test cases and analysis of results.
- Perform engineering analyses, simulations and calculations to support design decisions.
- Contribute to risk assessments and safety activities using methodologies such as FMEA and FTA.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical risks and support problem resolution activities.
- Adhere to information security policies and access confidential information relating to the company and its clients.
- Comply with the security policies and internal policies of both the company and the client.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, particularly in high-voltage battery systems. - Experience in electrification projects.
- Familiarity with FMEA and FTA methodologies.

Conduct risk assessments using FMEA., Systems Engineering High-voltage battery systems MATLAB/Simulink Programming in Python, Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering within complex multidisciplinary products.

Experience in high-voltage battery systems, battery packs, battery management systems (BMS) or electrification projects.

Knowledge of requirements engineering processes and tools such as DOORS, Polarion, JAMA or similar.

Experience with system validation, verification and testing activities.

Familiarity with systems engineering methodologies including V-Model, FMEA and FTA.

Experience using MATLAB/Simulink or similar modeling and simulation tools.

Programming knowledge in Python, C++, or equivalent languages is considered a plus.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.

Professional level of English.
