We're scaling quickly and need an experienced IT Product Manager to take the reins from our senior developers and own the full software product lifecycle-from capturing client requirements to sprint delivery-across our B2C ecommerce platform, internal ERP, logistics, and marketing automation tools.

This is a pivotal role: until now, senior front-end and back-end developers have juggled product responsibilities. Now, it's time for a dedicated PM to step in, bring structure, and scale our product capabilities as we grow.

What you'll do:

• Own the roadmap for multiple digital products, aligning features with company OKRs and priorities.
• Run discovery workshops with internal "clients" and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the backlog (Jira), sprint goals, and release schedules with Tech Leads.
• Monitor metrics (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude), run A/B tests, and ensure data-driven decisions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and budget updates to leadership.
• Champion best practices in requirement traceability, documentation, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in SaaS or complex data products.

• Fluency in Italian; Spanish is a plus.

• Prior experience as back-end or front-end developer is nice-to-have., Analytical skills Communication skills Coding experience with PHP SQL/BI dashboards, 4+ years as Product Manager or Technical Project Manager, * 4+ years as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager for SaaS or complex data products.

• Strong technical understanding.

• Coding experience with PHP Laravel.

• Strong analytical skills (SQL/BI dashboards).

• Excellent communication skills in Italian; Spanish is a big plus.

Nice-to-have:

• Prior background as back-end or front-end developer.
