Technical Product Owner

This is not a traditional Product Owner role focused only on requirements and stakeholder management. You'll work at the intersection of engineering and business, driving platform evolution, architectural alignment, and product strategy across multiple backend teams and complex system integrations. What you'll Do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a global backend platform.
• Define and maintain a realistic roadmap considering technical and business priorities.
• Work closely with backend engineers, Tech Leads, and Architects on platform evolution and technical decisions.
• Drive discussions around APIs, integrations, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams including Backend, Mobile, API, Sandbox, and DevOps.
• Balance feature development, technical debt reduction, and long-term platform scalability.
• Translate technical complexity into clear business value and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure alignment between engineering execution and strategic product objectives.
• Contribute to platform modernization and large-scale backend refactoring initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in technical ownership, with a solid understanding of backend systems and Agile methodologies. Conocimientos

Technical Product Ownership Backend Architecture APIs and System Design Agile Methodologies Stakeholder Management, * Strong experience as a Technical Product Owner or a similar hybrid Product/Engineering role.

• Solid understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on APIs, system design, integrations, and messaging platforms.
• Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies across teams and domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating technical concepts into business-oriented decisions.
• Strong roadmap planning and delivery ownership.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe).
