Job description

  • Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Filing structured bug reports and supporting developers.
  • Maintaining and expanding technical documentation., You will be part of our Tech and Product organisation, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and our customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Support, and Sales Engineering). The Technical Support team's mission is to ensure Flowbox runs smoothly for every client, resolve technical issues efficiently, and strengthen the overall quality and reliability of our platform. Your Mission

You will serve as a critical link between our clients, internal teams, and our development organisation. You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot technical behaviours, document bugs, and work with Engineering to ensure problems are resolved effectively and permanently. What You Will Do

  • Handling and resolving technical queries from internal stakeholders (mainly CS) and occasionally from clients
  • Analysing implementation setups, embed codes, scripts, and integrations to ensure Flowbox is properly configured
  • Investigating technical issues using logs, dev tools, tests, and reproduction steps
  • Filing clear, structured bug reports and supporting our developers with the right context
  • Maintaining and expanding our technical support documentation and playbooks
  • Collaborating with our Technical Support Lead to improve processes, tools, and knowledge base
  • Supporting implementation best practices across different e-commerce platforms and CMS setups, * Deep understanding of the major e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop, VTEX, etc.)
  • How the different layers of a SaaS product connect (front-end, back-end, APIs, modules)
  • Advanced debugging across browsers, scripts, and third-party integrations
  • How to analyse and communicate product issues to engineering teams
  • How to contribute to product improvements and influence roadmap conversations
  • Skill-building in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through close collaboration with Engineering
  • Coaching opportunities as the team grows
