Job description

Senior Full Stack Developer -- Leat | Maarssen | Full-time Build innovative, scalable solutions for a next-generation loyalty platform. Leat is a leading unified loyalty and promotions engine for retail, e-commerce and hospitality businesses. Thousands of companies across 70 countries use the platform to turn first-time buyers into loyal customers by rewarding repeat purchases, automating promotions and unlocking deep customer insights. Whether it's an online store or a network of physical locations, Leat helps brands increase retention, grow sales and strengthen customer engagement.

Your team: The product team at Leat is a close-knit group of developers and UX designers based in Maarssen. They value in-person collaboration and keep things pragmatic. They work in two-week sprints using a lightweight Scrum approach, with fewer meetings and a strong focus on delivery and impact.

Your mission: As a Full Stack Developer, you will build scalable solutions for a platform that processes high volumes of marketing events, loyalty transactions and gift card operations for thousands of companies worldwide. You will work across a broad product suite covering data acquisition, customer engagement, loyalty programs, gift cards and prepaid solutions, email and branding, automation and customer journey orchestration. Beyond maintaining existing functionality, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the product.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • A salary aligned with senior level experience, approximately €75K--€85K
  • Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Maarssen office

What Leat is looking for:

  • 5 years of full stack development experience
  • Strong experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with React, TypeScript and/or Vite on the frontend
  • A proactive team player who enjoys building products rather than waiting for direction
  • Product-minded, with an understanding of business impact beyond code
  • Comfortable supporting and coaching team-mates, contributing to project delivery and communicating across teams
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
