Job description

The AI Integrations Engineer will be responsible for integrating data across multiple systems, developing AI-driven solutions, and creating dashboards to support business decision-making. This role involves automating processes, analysing workflows, and leveraging AI technologies to improve efficiency and data presentation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Extract, manage, and integrate data from multiple internal and external systems.
  • Design and maintain integrations using SQL, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, to support automation and decision-making.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using AI and low-code/no-code tools where appropriate.
  • Design and build bespoke dashboards and reports that present insights in clear, actionable formats.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and appropriate governance across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve AI-enabled tools and integrations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Hands-on experience integrating data and systems using SQL, APIs, and automation tools in a production or business environment.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing applied AI solutions (e.g. AI agents, workflow automation, decision support, or intelligent assistants) within real business processes.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and practical experience working with APIs (REST, authentication, data exchange).
  • Ability to design, build, and present data and insights in clear, actionable formats tailored to business users.
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualisations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analysing workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
