Senior Cloud Engineer

• AWS Infrastructure Design â€" Architect, maintain, and optimise cloud environments using services such as RDS, ECS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and VPC.
• Terraform Automation â€" Build, maintain, and improve Terraform modules; enforce IaC best practices; manage multiâ€'environment deployments.
• Container & Orchestration â€" Support and enhance Dockerâ€'based workloads and ECS deployments.
• CI/CD Ownership â€" Contribute to GitLab CI pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Security & Secrets Management â€" Manage and improve secret storage and access patterns using HashiCorp Vault.
• Scripting & Automation â€" Develop automation scripts and tooling, ideally in Python.
• Crossâ€'Team Collaboration â€" Work closely with developers, and product teams to support delivery and improve operational excellence.

Do you have experience in Terraform?, * AWS Expertise with productionâ€'level experience across core services (RDS, ECS, S3, Lambda, IAM, networking).

• Terraform Proficiency including module creation, state management, and complex multiâ€'environment setups.
• Docker and container lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of GitLab CI/CD , pipelines, runners, and deployment patterns.
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets and policy management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Niceâ€'toâ€'Have

• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Scripting skills, ideally Python , for automation and tooling.
• Exposure to cost optimisation in AWS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure security and compliance frameworks.
