Job description

Targa Viasat UK, part of the international Targa Telematics Group is growing and we're looking for a First Line Support Executive to join our team. If you have strong IT skills, great customer service experience and enjoy solving technical problems, this is an opportunity to build specialist knowledge in telematics, connected vehicle technology and IoT within a supportive forward-thinking company. What you'll be doing: Managing inbound support calls and ticket queuesTroubleshooting GPS, GSM and connected vehicle systemsWorking with CRM and ticketing platformsDelivering excellent customer serviceDocumenting and resolving technical issues efficiently

Requirements

Experience in customer support or helpdesk rolesStrong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)Excellent communication skillsOrganised, calm and solutions-focused mindsetInterest in telematics, fleet or connected technology (desirable)
