Job description

Our software is used by thousands of care professionals every day, helping care teams improve outcomes, stay compliant and spend more time focusing on what matters most - people. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers to join our Product Engineering teams and help shape the future of our platform.

The Opportunity

This is a role for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, building high-quality software and taking ownership from concept through to production.

You'll play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining our core products, working closely with Product Managers, QA and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions. You'll also help influence technical direction, contribute to architectural decisions and support the development of other engineers within the team.

We're investing heavily in modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, and are looking for engineers who embrace innovation and are excited by the future of software development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, building and maintaining applications using C# and .NET
  • Leading the delivery of complex features and technical projects
  • Collaborating with Product and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Writing robust automated tests and promoting engineering best practice
  • Reviewing code, mentoring engineers and helping raise technical standards
  • Contributing to architecture and technical design decisions
  • Driving improvements in scalability, performance, security and maintainability
  • Using modern development tooling and AI-assisted technologies to enhance productivity
  • Taking ownership of solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle

Requirements

Do you have experience in System design?, You'll likely have:

Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET

Experience building modern web applications across backend and frontend technologies

A passion for clean, maintainable and well-tested code

Experience working in Agile product development environments

Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design

Experience with CI/CD, source control and modern development practices

Confidence leading technical discussions and mentoring others

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot

  • Blazor or modern frontend framework experience
  • SQL database design and optimisation
  • Azure and cloud-native development
  • Kubernetes and containerised workloads
