We're partnering with a well established organisation in Hampshire that is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their internal IT team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a mix of BAU support and project work, with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud platforms Leading on small to medium IT projects Supporting Azure and Microsoft 365 environments Improving systems, performance, and security
Tech environment:
Azure / Office 365 Windows Server (###############22) Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V) Networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs) Backup & disaster recovery solutions
Requirements
4+ years' experience in IT support/infrastructure Strong all-round technical knowledge Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Ability to take ownership of technical issues and projects
