Job description
· Leads the delivery of analytical and consultative services across all phases of program execution, including business requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation.
· Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in areas such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and software development. Reviews and evaluates program resources, including budget and schedule considerations.
· Analyzes user needs to define functional requirements and develops solutions for moderately complex to highly complex systems. Applies expertise in information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management, software development methodologies, lifecycle management, and modeling and simulation.
· Performs functional decomposition to identify required tasks, interdependencies, and resource needs. Facilitates and supervises requirements-gathering sessions and ensures that business, system, and integration requirements align with program objectives.
· Evaluates alternatives and provides actionable recommendations. Proactively identifies, communicates, and mitigates risks, while resolving issues to minimize impacts on project success.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Senior Systems Analyst - Minimum Experience: 10+ years in data analytics, information systems, automation, or a related field, · Proven experience analyzing and supporting HR systems, data warehouse, and analytics solutions.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
· Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration concepts
· Experience integrating enterprise systems such as HRIS, CRM, or data warehouses
· Solid understanding of system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within cross-functional teams
· Familiarity with data standards and analytics best practices
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered as a substitution.
