Job description
We are seeking a skilled Senior MuleSoft Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in designing, developing, and managing APIs and integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform., * Design, develop, and implement APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop reusable and scalable integration frameworks and templates.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of APIs by following best practices and standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot API performance issues and implement enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, data flows, and integration designs.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of MuleSoft integrations in production environments.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Version control systems?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design and integration development.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, RAML, and/or OAS (OpenAPI Specification).
- Experience with MuleSoft components such as API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave.
- Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and integration patterns.
- Advanced experience in understanding requirements and translating them into technical designs leveraging services using RAML in Mule, REST-based APIs, SOAP Web Services, and various Mule connectors.
- Advanced and practical technical experience with MuleSoft 4.2 or higher (current environment is 4.3).
- Advanced knowledge of Anypoint Platform 7.5+.
- Advanced experience creating RAML and strong understanding of SOAP, WSDL, XSD, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Advanced working experience writing and executing MUnit tests.
- Strong experience using web services/APIs to access and integrate external systems.
- Advanced experience with database programming using JDBC and relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
- Good exposure to CI/CD tools supporting Anypoint Platform, including BitBucket, Bamboo, and Anypoint Runtime Manager.
- Develop architectural strategies for data modeling, design, and implementation to support metadata management, operational data stores, and ETL environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
