Job description
- Lead a specialized hardware engineering team supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, collaborating with Project Managers to prioritize workloads and maintain high performance in a changing environments.
- Perform Linux and Windows Operating System (OS) administration, including root-cause analysis for complex network issues, OS debugging, and engineering test setup maintenance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute hardware assembly, firmware updates, and tool programming during critical project bring-up phases.
- Manage the end-to-end hardware supply chain, including component allocation, inventory of high-volume consumables, and the maintenance of a safe, organized lab environment.
- Increase operational efficiency by developing standardized procedures and automation tools for data collection, population, and routine lab administrative tasks.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Managing engineering teams?, * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in a lab environment.
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership., * Certification in RHCE or CCNA.
- 7 years of experience working in an Engineering laboratory environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on bring up tasks (e.g., hardware assembly, programming with hardware tools, and firmware updates).
- Experience managing and organizing lab inventory of consumables by lab users.
- Experience maintaining an organized, clean, and safe operating lab.
- Ability to multi-task in a changing environment.
