Job description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist I to support a large Navy program., * Designing Applications: Providing design and technical support, assistance, and training for data management, analysis, interoperability, database/dashboard design and development, data standardization, and maintenance.
- Building Workflows and Automation: Implementing automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate, enabling smoother operations.
- Data Management and Integration: Managing and integrating data from various sources using Power BI and Power Query, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Compliance and Security: Adhering to organizational policies and ensuring security and compliance within the solutions created.
- Stakeholder Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Must have 3+ years of hands-on data science and visualization experience in multiple platforms (Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, Qlik) in support of government clients.
Requirements
At least three years' experience performing data analytics, data engineering, databases, data visualization, coding, and familiarization with general purpose analytic tools and technologies. Role description: Provide analytical data expertise to develop, collect, analyze, standardize, and interpret large data sets to solve business related problems using data-driven techniques. Perform statistical analysis, data mining, data engineering and utilize machine learning/visualization tools to address and display mission and information needs., Must have 2+ years of experience developing and designing in Office 365 (O365) and Microsoft Power Platform business solutions to include Power Apps, Power Automate, Flow, Dataverse, SharePoint Online (SPO), and Power BI.
