Job description
The ERP Clerk position is responsible for the movement of materials to all production batch orders (i.e. for both bottle and can lines) with accuracy and verifying the returned material quantities are correct as listed in AX. The ERP clerk works closely with the Production Departments, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to develop the production run plan, communicate material shortages, and KPI's (inventory accuracy) for each day across all shifts within the production departments. The ERP clerk will work with Quality and Supply Chain on aged inventory reporting and coordinate extension, destruction, and replenishment appropriately to maintain the production schedule. The ERP Clerk will report directly to the Warehouse supervisor., * Closing out batch orders and monitor prompt consumption Inventory / Non - inventory

Notify purchasing of unplanned materials shortages as necessary (inventory / non-inventory)

Communicate with the supervisors any discrepancies in production reporting specifically, variances to planned output

Ensure material used from production report matches BOM and alert Master scheduler (Planning) and Engineering

Assist production manager with tracking jobs /manufacturing order

Participate in production meetings

Ensure clear communication across departments

When needed step in to help production keep lines moving, * Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.

Potential for exposure to chemicals, heights, loud noises, mechanical equipment, wet environments, and other potential hazards exists.

Requirements

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics AX

Experience working within the ERP system is strongly preferred.

Strong cross functional communication skills. Must have the ability to meet the information needs of the team through regular and effective communication and follow-up.

Available and flexible to work overtime as needed to support the team and the business needs.

Identify and propose systematic schedule changes to reduce equipment downtime by communicating directly with the Supply Chain team.

Support inventory accuracy by performing systematic adjustments/ inventory moves within AX to ensure accurate material usage and returns to inventory.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and report on them to the necessary parties.

Knowledgeable of administrative processes, systems, and procedures for area of responsibility.

Have significant experience related to area of responsibility.

The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required.

Inventory experience preferred.

We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. The positions work a straight 2-2-3 schedule from 5:40am to 6:00pm or 5:40pm to 6:00am at our Trilliant Food manufacturing facility in Little Chute, Wisconsin.
