Job description
UST is looking for an active person who can work as Junior DevOps Engineer for one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the organization.
The opportunity:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support incremental build, testing, and deployment processes.

Write and maintain automation scripts using Python and other scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.

Work with Docker and Kubernetes to build, deploy, and manage containerized microservices.

Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform.
-
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications in Unix-based environments.

Manage and optimize build and release processes.

Implement and maintain logging and monitoring solutions for system observability.

Design and develop custom dashboards to track system health and align with business metrics.

Support and enhance automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, API testing) integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Work on microservices-based architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.

Maintain documentation for deployment processes, infrastructure, and system configurations.

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and DevOps best practices across all environments.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate across teams to drive business-focused outcomes.

Requirements

UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
