Job description
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to help shape intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences for enterprise technology products. This role sits within a collaborative product delivery environment and works closely with product owners, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, user-centered design solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real user problems, influencing product direction, and elevating design maturity across teams. What You'll Do
- Lead user research efforts to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts clearly
- Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces aligned with accessibility and usability standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and QA to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute usability testing, iterate designs based on feedback and insights
- Contribute to and help maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guidelines

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of UI/UX design experience in a product-driven or technology environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and execution
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in an agile team environment and take ownership of deliverables
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
