Job description
- Respond to inbound calls to provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Support users via web queues, email, and outbound communication
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using available tools and resources
- Document incidents, requests, and resolutions accurately across systems
- Escalate issues outside of scope when necessary
- Attend team and mentor meetings to support ongoing development
- Follow established policies, procedures, and service desk best practices
- Maintain high service levels and contribute to overall team performance
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts and troubleshooting processes
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ticketing tools or systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Prior call center or customer support experience is a plus
- 3+ years of Tier 1 support experience preferred
Benefits & conditions
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $26.25 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
