- Own product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for AI-driven content supply chain
- Drive use cases such as: AI content creation & modularization Automated tagging & reuse MLR workflow acceleration Personalization / next-best-action
- Enable integration across Vault, DAM, CRM, email, web, media platforms
- Support activation across channels: CRM/CLM (field) Approved email & marketing automation Web/HCP portals (AEM) Paid media & patient engagement programs
- Deliver capabilities for segmentation, targeting, campaign orchestration, and measurement
- Partner with business and data teams to drive engagement, reuse, and content ROI
Technical Capabilities
- MarTech ecosystem (Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe / Sitecore, DAM/MRM)
- AI/GenAI for content and marketing workflows
- API-driven integrations, metadata/taxonomy, content modeling
- Agile product delivery in cross-functional squads
Business Partner Capabilities
- Strategic & commercial acumen (HCP/patient engagement)
- Executive influence and clear communication
- Trusted partner across Marketing, Sales, MLR, IT

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years' Experience
OR
Masters' Degree and Eight Years' Experience
OR
PhD and Two Years' Experience, * 10+ years in product management / IT / commercial technology leadership
- Deep experience in pharma digital marketing, MLR workflows, content supply chain
- Strong hands-on with: Veeva Vault (PromoMats/MedComms), Vault CRM / Salesforce CRM DAM/MRM (PromoMats, Adobe), Adobe Experience Cloud / Sitecore (CMS, Analytics, Target)
- Experience with AI/GenAI (content generation, tagging, personalization)
- Solid understanding of APIs, data models, CDP/analytics ecosystems
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is: $195,670.00 - $253,220.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
