Job description

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Provide timely support to end users of PCs, Macs, iOS and Android devices, and multiple business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and set up VoiP systems.
  • Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Monitor network performance and security.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations.
  • Use, edit and help create technical documentation and manuals.
  • Provide onsite support to customers when needed, using your own vehicle.
  • Present technical information and instructions clearly and logically in plain, non-technical language to those that don't understand technology.
  • Use an IT Help Desk ticketing system for MSP.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in iOS?, We are a growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking to hire all levels of experienced Technical Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing and installing IT solutions, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing system maintenance for our client partners. The ideal candidates will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. These are not an entry level positions. Only experienced IT Engineers need apply., * Proficiency in MS OS: Windows 10, Microsoft 365, software distribution, Active Directory

  • Experience with imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and liability insurance
  • Ability to lift/move equipment as needed
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Allworx, and/or Sophos is a plus!
