- Define, track, and report on KPIs related to attendance, engagement, and participation
- Plan and deliver onsite events, campaigns, and workplace experiences that promote culture and collaboration
- Manage and maintain an integrated calendar of engagement activities and initiatives
- Design and execute multi-channel communication strategies (email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to drive awareness and participation
- Develop targeted messaging campaigns to increase employee engagement across a hybrid workforce
- Analyze engagement data, employee surveys, and participation metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Build dashboards and provide executive-level reporting using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Conduct experiments and pilot programs to optimize engagement strategies and measure effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Facilities, IT, and business leadership to align on workplace initiatives
- Lead vendor relationships, including event planning and service providers

Requirements
The ideal candidate brings a blend of program management, change management, communications, and analytics expertise, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in operations, program management, employee engagement, or workplace experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools (advanced Excel required; Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience designing and executing employee engagement or workplace programs
- Background in change management and/or Return-to-Office (RTO) initiatives
- Experience managing events, vendors, and budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and impact
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Newtown Square, PA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $41.00/hr.
