Job description

At our company, we're not just building an IT support team-we're building careers. We provide fully managed infrastructure, security, and VCIO services for small business clients, and we're looking for a Tier 2 Technician who wants to grow with us long-term.

This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone who has solid technical skills and is ready to take on more responsibility over time. You'll work across multiple environments, support a wide variety of technologies, and collaborate with a seasoned team focused on removing IT burdens from our clients so they can thrive.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues from Tier 1

Support Microsoft 365 services: user access, mailbox issues, Teams/SharePoint

Assist with configuring firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and other network equipment

Maintain clear documentation of tickets, resolutions, and client environments

Collaborate with senior engineers on larger projects or migrations as needed

Contribute to a supportive, client-centered team culture

Sales of new technology hardware and software

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, 2-4 years of technical support experience in a help desk or MSP environment

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, MFA)

Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Experience supporting Windows desktops, printers, and basic server functions

Ability to communicate clearly with clients and balance priorities effectively

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience with Meraki, Ubiquiti, or SonicWALL

Exposure to virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

Familiarity with RMM/PSA tools or PowerShell scripting

IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
