Job description
CSlope Solutions is seeking a Senior Web Developer to support a federal client environment within the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications supporting mission-critical logistics systems.
You will work closely with technical leadership to build scalable, secure, and accessible solutions, while mentoring junior developers and contributing to overall system architecture and delivery excellence., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and websites
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces aligned with federal standards
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services supporting business workflows
- Translate technical requirements and design artifacts into production-ready code
- Participate in software design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 6+ years of experience in web development, including delivery of enterprise-level applications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Proficiency in at least one back-end technology (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java or similar)
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices
- Experience developing accessible applications compliant with Section 508 and/or WCAG standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), * Experience supporting federal or DoD IT programs
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud or Azure Government
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, RMF, DISA STIGs)
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or Scrum certifications

- Public Trust (Tier 2 or higher); Secret preferred
