A Level 2 SAP Source to Pay Analyst supports the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in SAP, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and integration to finance, while ensuring standardized and compliant processes across the enterprise. The role works closely with global business and IT teams to support the design, testing, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay capabilities aligned to a global template. This analyst executes functional testing, resolves defects, supports master data and supplier processes, and assists with cutover and hypercare activities during go-lives. A strong emphasis is placed on enabling consistent procurement processes while supporting regional adoption and change management during a global SAP rollout., * Business Requirements Analysis: Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; Evaluate enhancement vs. new solution options; Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.
- Documentation and Testing: Own documentation for assigned projects; Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing to ensure the system meets business needs and traceability.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions; Configure platform modules to meet business requirements, including cross-module integration; Ensure alignment with organizational standards and promote reuse of existing capabilities.
- Stakeholder Communication and Training: Act as a liaison between business and IT; Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- System Development and Support: Identify and resolve complex platform-related issues, providing timely support to users; Manage enhancements and bug fixes; Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards; Own small-to-medium development efforts; Mentor other team members as needed.
Key Skills:
- Working knowledge of SAP Source to Pay processes, including purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and integration points with finance and inventory
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA global implementations or rollouts, including functional testing, defect resolution, and hypercare support across sites
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex problems and recommend solutions. Use data to support decisions; Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.
- Business Process Modeling: Design and optimize business processes; Use modeling tools to support solution design; Ability to identify inefficiencies in platform-related processes and recommending improvements.
- Change Management & Training: Lead training and change initiatives; Develop materials and measure adoption; Experience in managing change requests and implementing system changes.
- Documentation & Traceability: Own documentation for projects; Ensure version control and audit readiness.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Lead small projects or workstreams; Ensure timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Independently gather, analyze, and validate requirements; Facilitate workshops and resolve requirement conflicts.
- Solution Design Thinking: Translate requirements into functional designs. Evaluate solution options.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
- Technical Acumen: Proficient in using and analyzing data within at least one enterprise system; Deep knowledge of specific platform modules and their integration points; Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting; Demonstrate continuous learning mindset, interest in technology trends, platform direction.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead testing efforts; Ensure traceability and quality standards.
Travel Requirements:
- This role currently supports a large, multi-year, co-located project that requires travel approximately every other week, with frequency expected to increase or decrease at different phases of the project. Outside of this project, typical business travel is estimated at 5-10% annually.

Estimated annual base pay: $88,000(minimum) - $115,000(midpoint) - $144,000(maximum)
