Job description

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Acquire, clean, and transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support critical business decisions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports that communicate insights effectively
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems and reporting
  • Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
  • Support ongoing People Analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data visualization software proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT, Business, Analytics, etc. Required

  • Experience : Two years' experience
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (HR/People Analytics experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI strongly preferred
  • Experience working with HR systems such as UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and/or ServiceNow is helpful
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Compensation: Starting at $74,000/year , with opportunity for higher pay based on experience
