- Implement SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools and keyword research to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media channels including Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, and SEM to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content for websites, email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements through copywriting and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing website performance with Google Analytics and Google AdWords data to enhance user journeys and increase sales conversions.
- Support finance-related tasks such as budgeting for marketing campaigns, tracking ROI, and managing payment integrations for online transactions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to PHP, Apache, CSS, JavaScript, SQL databases, or performance marketing tools ensuring website functionality and security.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline email marketing workflows and nurture customer relationships effectively.
- Perform keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for B2B marketing initiatives and improve overall digital presence.
- Monitor analytics reports regularly to evaluate campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and records while managing storage and supply efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Handle product returns, shortages, and shipping issues calmly and effectively - finding solutions and preventing repeat problems.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer returns handling?, * Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM techniques, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics, SQL database management, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Experience with social media management across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Expertise in conversion optimization strategies that enhance user experience and maximize online sales performance.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email marketing campaigns and performance marketing tactics.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on B2B marketing approaches.
