Job description
This role serves as the vital link between physical warehouse operations and digital inventory tracking, ensuring high accuracy of inventory records by processing inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and internal stock movements., 1. System Management & Data Entry
- Inventory Tracking: Input, update, and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock using specialized software (e.g., WMS).
- Order Processing: Release, wave, and allocate customer orders to the warehouse floor for picking and packing.
- Documentation: Generate essential logistical paperwork, including bills of lading (BOL), packing lists, shipping labels, and inventory manifests.
- Operational Coordination
- Inbound Logistics: Process advanced shipping notices (ASNs), verify physical delivery counts against system purchase orders, and assign put-away locations.
- Outbound Coordination: Monitor shipment queues to ensure carrier pick-up schedules are met and orders are closed out in the system in real time.
- Task Allocation: Use the system to optimize picking paths and direct warehouse personnel efficiently.
- Inventory Control & Quality Assurance
- Cycle Counting: Schedule, oversee, and reconcile periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate systemic variances between physical stock and database records (e.g., lost items, damaged goods, or mis-scanned barcodes).
- Location Management: Optimize warehouse slotting configuration to ensure fast-moving items are easily accessible.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience working inside a distribution center or warehouse environment, specifically dealing with inventory control systems.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency with WMS software and RF (Radio Frequency) scanning equipment.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Key Competencies: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task under tight shipping deadlines.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Korean or Spanish preferred.
