Job description
You will work alongside experienced developers and technical leaders, gaining hands-on experience while building modern web applications in an Agile environment., * Assist in the development and maintenance of enterprise web applications and websites
- Develop front-end components, fix defects, and support ongoing application updates
- Support senior and journeyman developers with coding, testing, and implementation tasks
- Write, test, and debug assigned code modules
- Participate in Agile processes, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Assist with requirements understanding, technical research, and documentation
- Contribute to code reviews, team training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives
- Support development environment setup, configuration, and dependency management
Requirements
Do you have experience in Research?, * 1-3 years of web development experience (internship, co-op, or professional)
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Exposure to at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) or willingness to learn
- Basic experience using Git or version control systems (e.g., commit, push, pull requests)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a structured federal IT environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent practical experience, * Internship or coursework supporting enterprise or government systems
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Completion of a coding bootcamp or relevant technical certification
Work Environment & Requirements
- Full-time, on-site work at NAVSUP Business Systems Center in Norfolk, VA
- Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Hampton Roads area
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 2 or higher) clearance
- No remote or hybrid work options are available for this role

- Public Trust (Tier 2 or higher); Secret preferred
