Job description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Support Specialist to support and help manage IT operations across a multi-location retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical support experience, POS system implementation experience, and the ability to help improve business systems through automation, integration, and light development work.
This is a high-impact role focused on connecting store-level operations with corporate reporting and financial systems., * Serve as the primary IT support contact for multiple store locations
- Implement, support, and maintain Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across all sites
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, networking, and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems, devices, and user environments
- Build and support workflows that improve operational efficiency across locations
- Assist with development and customization of internal tools and software solutions
- Support integration of store-level systems with financial reporting and P&L processes
- Ensure accurate data flow from store systems into accounting and reporting platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime across locations
- Manage IT assets, system updates, and technology standards across the organization
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement technology improvements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software implementation?, * Experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems (implementation preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments
- Experience supporting multi-location environments strongly preferred
- Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, or data systems (SQL a plus)
- Basic coding, scripting, or automation experience preferred
- Experience with system integrations or workflow optimization
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, convenience store, or multi-site operations
- Exposure to accounting systems or financial reporting workflows
- Experience with APIs, automation tools, or system integrations
- Ability to bridge IT support and business process improvement
