· Identify, research, and contact prospective business clients that may benefit from outsourced IT support and managed services.
· Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.
· Engage business owners, office managers, operations leaders, and IT decision-makers to understand their technology needs and pain points.
· Promote managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, help desk support, network management, server maintenance, backup and disaster recovery, and related technology services.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent outreach and follow-up.
· Work with technical staff and leadership to transition qualified opportunities into discovery meetings, proposals, and closed business.
· Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, contacts, opportunities, and next steps in our systems.
· Meet or exceed activity goals, appointment-setting targets, pipeline objectives, and revenue goals.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Research?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Sales Representative with experience or strong interest in IT Managed Service Provider sales. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who can prospect new business, engage decision-makers, and create opportunities for managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, help desk support, server maintenance, backup and disaster recovery, and network support., · Prior outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience required.
· Experience selling IT managed services, cybersecurity, cloud services, telecom, software, or other technology solutions preferred.
· Understanding of common business IT needs, including network support, help desk services, cybersecurity risks, Microsoft 365, backups, and general technology support.
· Strong cold-calling, email prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, office managers, and IT contacts.
· Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and able to manage a pipeline independently.
· Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent outbound activity.
· Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic sales reporting tools is a plus., * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * B2B / IT related sales: 3 years (Preferred)
