- Support GTM operations initiatives and document recurring processes and requests to improve scalability and efficiency
- Analyze customer usage and consumption trends to identify risks, growth opportunities, and expansion potential
- Provide insights on customer health, retention, and renewal likelihood based on data trends
- Support reporting on key metrics such as usage, consumption, and overall customer value
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams on data-related inquiries
- Deliver clear, actionable, data-backed insights to leadership and field stakeholders
- Build and maintain scalable resources, documentation, and enablement materials for recurring requests
- Analyze performance across revenue, attainment, and growth metrics
- Develop dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis to support business-critical decisions
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences

Requirements
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented GTM Operations & Analytics Analyst to support go-to-market execution, sales alignment, and strategic decision-making. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, improving scalability, and delivering insights that support revenue growth and customer success within a SaaS-based environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with operational expertise and is comfortable translating complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and go-to-market operations
- Background in SaaS or cloud-based business models preferred
- Experience in operations, analytics, RevOps, or project-based environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or BI Publisher preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process documentation, operational scaling, and enablement initiatives
- Exposure to customer success, product analytics, or lifecycle analytics is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Newtown Square, PA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
