Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB / Discovery Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITIL, ITSM, and CSDM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, supporting, and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes., * Support and enhance ServiceNow CMDB processes aligned with business and IT objectives.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow Discovery functionality.
  • Troubleshoot Discovery issues including ECC Queue errors, script execution failures, and data quality issues.
  • Ensure Configuration Items (CIs) are properly discovered, classified, and aligned with CSDM standards.
  • Perform CMDB health checks, remediation activities, and improve data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and scripts.
  • Support ITIL process improvements and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Create technical documentation including architecture designs, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Support ServiceNow integrations and data ingestion processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 7+ years of overall IT experience.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM processes.
  • Experience with CSDM implementation and CI lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB Health, IRE, data quality, and remediation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors.
  • Experience working with ITIL framework and process improvements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Architect / Lead experience.
  • ServiceNow On-Prem experience.
  • Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Experience Level: 7+ Years
