Job description

Assessment & Business Analysis

  • Conduct detailed assessments of the current Salesforce Sales Cloud environment and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  • Analyze existing business processes and align them with Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
  • Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable CRM and CPQ solutions.

Functional Design & Documentation

  • Develop comprehensive business blueprints and functional solution designs.
  • Create process flow diagrams, workflow mappings, and integration documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure solution designs align with organizational goals and project objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Salesforce architecture standards.

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead functional workstreams for Salesforce Sales Cloud, PRM, and SAP CPQ initiatives.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet business expectations.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
  • Support system testing, functional validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist with issue resolution, change management, and deployment activities.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor system performance and user adoption following implementation.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve business processes and platform efficiency.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging CRM technologies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

  • 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including significant experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM.
  • Proven experience in conducting functional assessments, designing business blueprints, and process flow mapping within Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM.
  • Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for Salesforce Lightning.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM and configuration of CRM functionalities to meet complex business needs.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, project-based environment with tight deadlines.
  • Salesforce Sales and Cloud and PRM certifications are highly desirable.
