A certification in project management from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional from the Project Management Institute is . Experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment. Experience with full lifecycle Agile program management. Experience effectively communicating with senior levels of a customer organization. Experience delivering solutions to production and/or migrating legacy applications to new modern platforms. Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items as well as effectively execute those items in accordance with approved plans. Ensures the team is fully functional and productive, enables close cooperation across all roles and functions, shields the team from external interferences and removes barriers, facilitates daily scrums/project meetings, communicates information outside the team, keeps the team focused on the tasks at hand, and conducts stakeholder management.
