Job description
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
- Handle incident tickets and service requests through ITSM tools.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Support SCCM and Microsoft Intune for device management and software deployment.
- Coordinate with global IT teams and third-party vendors when required.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide VIP and executive user support as needed.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * German Language: B2 Certified (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) environment
- Ability to work independently and provide onsite user support, * IT Desktop Support : 4 years (Required)
