Job description

Convergys is looking for a Technical Support Advisor (Danish-speaking) to join our team in Benalmádena. In this role, you will provide support for audiovisual entertainment, addressing complex technical queries from customers both via phone and email., * Answer and solve technical questions from customers.

  • Identify customer technical issues through effective questioning.
  • Provide high-quality customer service based on technical knowledge.
  • Document customer interactions to ensure service quality.
  • Stay updated on new developments in technical areas., * In a correct, customer friendly and efficient manner answer and/or solve complex technical questions or problems posed by customers via telephone or email.
  • Identify and analyze the technical issue of the customer by good listening and asking clear and concise questions.
  • Provide good customer service with the aid of high-quality technical knowledge and the technical knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems.
  • Per customer contact gather and document all relevant information into the system to insure a high level of service is delivered.
  • Keep up to date with all new developments in the technical area, networks and consumer electronics relating to the position.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Danish and advanced English skills, along with knowledge of consumer electronics and network architecture.   • Completed ICT training required.

  • Knowledge of network architecture and consumer electronics.

  • Good MS Office skills mandatory.

  • Service-oriented with good communication skills., Danish proficiency English advanced level Knowledge of network architecture MS Office proficiency Customer service orientation, Location and language requirements: ESP Benalmádena Costa - Plaza Solymar, C.C. Benalmar Local 12; Language Requirements: Danish (Required), English; Time Type: Full time., * Have a proficient or bilingual level of Danish and advanced level of English.

  • Have a completed ICT training.

  • Have knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.).

  • Have a good understanding of the MS Office environment is essential.

  • Are service orientated, accurate, analytical, communicative and have a good telephone etiquette.

Preferred

  • A strong technical affinity, experience in technical field.
  • Experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
