Job description
As a Control Systems Integrator, you will be responsible for the detailed design and integration of control systems within high-tech environments. You will work on applications in the semiconductor industry, (autonomous) robotics, positioning stages and laser-based communication modules, collaborating with system architects, software engineers and mechatronics teams to take systems from prototype to end product. Key responsibilities - Designing and implementing controllers, including SW and FW interfaces, both in custom-made and off-the-shelf control platforms (e.g. PLC software in - Beckhoff TwinCAT). - Integrating, configuring and troubleshooting real-time controllers. - Performing machine calibrations and controller tuning to achieve optimal performance and stability. - Analyzing system behavior and identify improvements based on test results. - Building tools for simulation, data analysis, diagnostics, and visualization - Developing and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation setups About the company
