Job description

As an IT Service Desk Support Specialist, you will help employees with their computers, phones, and other IT equipment. You make sure that everything works well so people can do their jobs without problems. You will work closely with other IT colleagues and report to the Senior Director of IT Services., Give IT support for setting up user accounts, fixing problems, and maintaining systems;

  • Install and update software and antivirus protection;
  • Help with both Windows and Mac computers, printers, phones, and video conference equipment;
  • Support mobile devices (iOS and Android);
  • Manage your tasks and requests using our IT helpdesk system;
  • Follow standard procedures and ask for help when needed;
  • Build good working relationships with all employees, including management staff.

Requirements
