Job description
We are looking for a proactive and organised CCTV Administrator to join our Asset & Technology Solutions (ATS) business, based in Derby. This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day administration of CCTV operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and stakeholders are supported effectively.
You will work within a fast-paced environment, providing a high standard of administrative support across purchasing, supplier management, and operational coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and building strong working relationships. What you'll be doing
- Raising and receipting purchase orders to confirm delivery of goods and services
- Supporting the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with purchase orders
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between orders, receipts, and invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of all financial and transactional activity
- Monitoring supplier payments using reporting tools to ensure adherence to agreed terms
- Responding to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues where required
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Reviewing aged debt reports, identifying overdue balances, and supporting resolution activities
- Assisting with credit control processes to minimise debt exposure
- Managing documentation and ensuring records are accurately maintained within SharePoint
- Coordinating deliveries, accepting stock, and updating internal systems
- Producing reports for management as required
- Arranging small parcel deliveries and supporting logistics coordination
- Booking travel, accommodation, and meeting facilities as needed
- Ordering PPE, tools, stationery, and uniforms
- Providing administrative support to the hire team
- Undertaking general administrative duties to support the wider team
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * A highly motivated, proactive, and practical administrator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional, reliable, and flexible approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
- Experience using business management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
