Job description

  • Work independently on performance testing requirement gathering, validation, documentation and getting it finalized.

  • Assist project team identifying critical business flows and derive throughout metrics for new project.

  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and other relevant tools

  • Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests across various platforms

  • Monitor system performance using APM and other tools (e.g., Dynatrace, NewRelic, Kibana)

  • Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks

  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues

  • Document test plans, test cases, and results in accordance with QA standards

  • Support continuous improvement of performance testing processes

  • Create comprehensive test report capturing all details.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Test Analyst with hands-on experience in LoadRunner, JMeter and other performance engineering tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness under load., + 5-6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering

  • Strong proficiency in performance testing using LoadRunner Enterprise, JMeter tools covering all phases of performance testing

  • Ability to Design and develop complex, data-driven performance scripts for new age applications.

  • Ability to Design scenarios to cater various types of performance testing like Endurance, Breakpoint, Failover.

  • Basic scripting knowledge of programming using C, Java, Java Script. Python knowledge will be added advantage.

  • Understanding of system architecture, databases, and network protocols

  • Basic knowledge of AWS, GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA

  • Familiarity with Application Monitoring tools (APM) like Dynatrace, NewRelic

  • Working knowledge of Postman/SOAPUI, API based testing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

  • ISTQB or equivalent certification (preferred)

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of Kibana/OpenSearch/Splunk

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified

  • LoadRunner Enterprise Certified
